About the Role:
As the Project Manager, you will:
- Take full ownership of minor capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and accountability at every stage.
- Drive project execution while navigating complex operational challenges and scope adjustments.
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear communication and solutions that align with project objectives.
- Uphold compliance, safety, and quality requirements across all project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management of minor capital projects.
- Effective resource allocation and management to meet program demands.
- Addressing on-site challenges with pragmatic and strategic thinking.
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support.
About You:
You are:
- Tertiary qualified in engineering, project management or relevant discipline.
- A seasoned leader with proven experience in managing minor capital projects (preferably in water industry engineering infrastructure and assets).
- Equipped with exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled at making sound decisions under pressure.
- A master of communication, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Highly adaptable and capable of balancing competing priorities.
