The Role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our Fyshwick Office as Project Supervisor. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for project planning, work scheduling and on site supervision of contractors for the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.

 

Skills and experience

  • Trade qualification(s) desirable and/or FM experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building and construction- desirable.
  • Current driver’s licence.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint).

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in building trades/services or facilities management (or similar) in a supervisor, management, or planning/ scheduling position. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude, natural ability for people engagement and passion for excellent service delivery.

 Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Trade qualification(s) desirable and/or FM experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building and construction- desirable.
  • Current driver’s licence.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint).
  • ACT WWVP card (or ability to obtain)
  • police check (or ability to obtain)
  • Asbestos awareness, Silica and White cards
