The Role
Our Programmed Energy and Resources (WA) Administration team is growing and are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join the team located at our Welshpool Branch. This is a full time role with availability to start as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role’s primary focus is to provide efficient and professional business support to the operational network through delivery of general administrative tasks with a focus on our EnR strategy of building efficiencies and business improvement.
This position serves as an excellent entry point for individuals looking to start a career in the Mining and Resources sector, offering successful candidates the opportunity to grow and advance within our organisation.

- Proficient using Microsoft applications
- Previous experience in D365 and FastTrack 360 is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and think creatively to solve problems and drive innovation
Key Responsibilities
- General reception duties (answering phones, greeting clients and candidates)
- Providing administrative support to our Operational network and onsite workforce throughout WA
- Various timesheet entries and compliance duties with effective database management
- Arranging medicals and PPE
- Creating and managing purchase orders, invoices & quotes
- General ADHOC Duties
- Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
