About the Role:

As a Resourcing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition process, helping us identify, attract, and onboard exceptional candidates for various roles. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to the right opportunities will make a lasting impact on our company’s success.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.

• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best-fit candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

• Provide a positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition - beneficial but not a must.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• A proactive approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines.

• Experience with recruitment software is a plus.
