Position Summary

The Defects Maintenance Administrator overseeing the lifecycle of work orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. Key duties include monitoring work order performance, conducting analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, and preparing detailed reports for internal management and vendors.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders, address queries, and provide clear information.

Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to adjust to evolving requirements and priorities in a dynamic work environment.

 

Experience & Knowledge (Desirable if in italics)

Administrative Skills: Solid experience in handling administrative tasks, including managing shared mailboxes, processing service requests, and maintaining accurate records.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with asset management systems like Maximo or similar platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with data reporting and analysis tools is also beneficial.
