The Role

We currently require a highly driven and focused Work Order Performance Administrator to join our Burswood team.

As part of this role, you will assist in the overall administration & management of activities on a high-profile contract.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be a well-organized and disciplined individual who is able to manage the business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 

•             Work Order Management: Oversee the lifecycle of work orders from initiation to field completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

•             Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze work order performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement with strong collaboration with vendors

•             Reporting: Prepare regular reports on work order performance, including insights and recommendations for internal management and vendor focus

•             Collaboration: Good written and verbal skills to approach and foster internal and external collaboration 

Qualifications

  • Education:  business management certificate is desirable
  • Experience: experience in work order management, performance analysis, or a related field. Prior experience in routine maintenance / operational teams is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Maximo), and excellent communication skills.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
