About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Change Lead to drive user adoption and training delivery for a critical business systems transformation. This 6-month maximum term contract based in Notting Hill (VIC) offers the opportunity to partner with operational teams and learning specialists to support the rollout of a new work order management system (Simpro) across our Property Services business.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for developing change strategies, creating end-user training materials, and leading training delivery to ensure seamless adoption and minimal disruption. You will play a key part in building system confidence among teams and driving engagement across a diverse operational workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement structured change management strategies that align with business transformation goals.
- Develop training plans and produce tailored materials including user guides, reference documents, and process walkthroughs.
- Deliver training programs that support consistent and scalable system adoption across various user groups.
- Identify and mitigate change risks to support a smooth transition to new systems and ways of working.
- Engage regularly with stakeholders to understand business impacts, address resistance, and promote transparency.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams, project managers, and learning & development to ensure training outcomes are relevant and effective.
- Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, and refine training and communication strategies accordingly.
- Support ongoing communications through change campaigns, updates, and stakeholder briefings to maintain awareness and engagement.
About You
You are a skilled change professional with a passion for empowering users through effective training and communication. You bring a strong understanding of system implementation environments and excel at designing practical, user-focused learning experiences tailored to a diverse range of end users, particularly frontline, blue-collar teams. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead change with confidence and clarity. Additionally, you will have:
- Experience in a Change Lead or Change Management role, preferably within a facilities, workforce services, maintenance, or similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs for system implementations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage change risks and promote end-user adoption at scale.
- Excellent written skills for developing training materials and end-user documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative project environments (desirable).
- Experience with work order systems such as Simpro (highly regarded).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or a related field (desirable).
- Microsoft Certifications (desirable).
