About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Electronic Security Systems) join our team, responsible for overseeing the security assets program for a critical facility management contract. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on ensuring the seamless operation of maintenance services for a high-security correctional facility, dedicated to supporting prisoner health, rehabilitation, and safer communities. Your role will involve full audits on site, whilst being the subject matter expert and point of contact for all electronic and physical security assets. Your role will also involve coordinating and supporting the strategy and policy on site, whilst managing relationships with senior stakeholders within the business and the government client.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the security assets program for the correctional facility site
- Coordinate and schedule tasks to ensure minimal disruption to facility operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and health regulations across the facility
- Manage maintenance records, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting for all services provided
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service delivery objectives and KPIs
- Follow strict safety protocols and within a high-security facility environment
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have project management experience in electronic security or relevant industries whilst delivering high-quality work while ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will possess the following:
- Strong project management experience in electronic security projects
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance with OH&S regulations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
- Experience with maintenance management software or systems is a plus.
- A proactive approach and a passion for operational excellence.
