About The Opportunity
Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Scheduler to join our team focusing on a major government contract. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high-performance team that is responsible for coordinating and managing work orders across all maintenance activities for the contract.
With a focus on excellent customer service, you will ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with contractual and quality assurance requirements while ensuring the process is exceeded for both the company and the customer.
Nature of the position: Full Time
Location: Spring Hill
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily scheduling of planned and reactive works
- Liaise with contractors to ensure timely provision of services
- Support the operational team with the scheduling of works to meet contract requirements and resource availability
- Maintain a strong relationship with the client and contractors
About You
To join our team, ideally, you will have experience in a previous Facility Management role. Additionally, you will have:
- Previous experience in scheduling, maintenance coordination or similar
- Understanding of work order management systems
- Acute attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement ability
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
