About the Opportunity

Programmed Facility Management has a fantastic opportunity for multiple Graduate Engineering roles to kick start a career in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering by joining our operations based in the Western Sydney Region.
As a Programmed Graduate you will apply your academic knowledge in a real-world environment, playing a vital role in supporting our growing facilities contract within the water industry sector in this 2-year fixed term contract.
Working closely with an experienced Project Engineer and a supportive operational team you will build the confidence and capability to effectively drive project execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are met.

About you
We're seeking driven, enthusiastic graduates with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn. While experience in services or infrastructure maintenance is a bonus, it’s not essential. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- A genuine commitment to building a long-term career in facility management
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with motivation to take initiative and learn on the job
- Effective time management and organisational abilities
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A strong focus on workplace safety and compliance
