About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a qualified Electrician join our Homes NSW Team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the completion of maintenance across the contract facilities. This position is responsible for preventative maintenance, general reactive maintenance, and programmed upgrades/modifications across various residential sites. 

Nature of the position: Full Time

Location: CBD, however Head Office is Parramatta

Reporting Line: Contract Manager

About You

To join our team, ideally you will have previous experience on major commercial or industrial sites, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have;

• Electrical license
• Current driver's license & white card preferred
• Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
• Execute work that is of a high standard
• Ability to maintain in-vehicle component/parts stock levels
• Administrative ability to maintain and submit job cost labour allocations
• Highly motivated
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems
