About the Role

Programmed Skilled Workforce is on the lookout for an Operations Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team engagement within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team within a large operational hub, ensuring that service delivery is efficient, safe, and aligned with key performance indicators while fostering strong customer relationships and achieving great results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an operational team to achieve service excellence and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and potential new business to support revenue and client expansion goals.
• Lead a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Monitor team productivity, capacity, and operational efficiency to deliver seamless service.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to overall profitability.
• Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
