About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Service Delivery Manager to join Programmed, working on our high-profile Gatton Correctional Facility contract in Spring Creek.

You will be responsible for ensuring the service specific deliverables of the specifications for the Service Agreement are delivered in a safe and successful manner in accordance with the client's expectations and agreed contractual obligations.

Facilities management includes building and building services preventative and corrective maintenance, air conditioning systems, fire systems, cleaning services, plumbing, and minor capital works.

Nature of the position: Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks and coordinate service delivery for work order requests whilst ensuring seamless communication
• Oversee both preventative and reactive maintenance operations
• Supervise a team of service staff and contractors, coordinating their activities and manage workflow distribution
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing maintenance activities and spend time with service staff and subcontractors to optimize efficiency and address issues promptly
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth communication

About You

• A proven track record in operational and/or maintenance/service management environment
• High level of customer service skills and ensuring customer satisfaction is delivered to the client
• A pro-active approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail
• An excellent communicator with good written and verbal skills
• Experienced in the management of Trade staff and/or subcontractors
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Ability to pass and work under security clearances
