About the opportunity
Programmed is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Account Executive – EV Charging Operations to lead the development and growth of our EV charging operations service line. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a scalable business, lead operational delivery, and drive strategic market expansion in a fast-paced clean technology sector.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy to establish our operations and maintenance (O&M) capability, leading service delivery excellence, and identifying new commercial opportunities. Working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams, you’ll oversee contract performance, subcontractor relationships, and continuous improvement—while building and leading a high-performing team that shares your passion for innovation and impact.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Strategic growth & development: Drive business growth by identifying expansion opportunities, contributing to strategic planning and bids, and developing scalable systems for national service delivery.
- Contract & Commercial Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of EV charger maintenance contracts across ANZ, ensuring performance, compliance, profitability, and growth through effective contract, subcontractor, and field service team management.
- Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing national team, overseeing financial, operational, and compliance performance while supporting contract success.
- Stakeholder engagement: Be the key point of contact for clients, managing escalations, building trusted relationships, and ensuring clear, proactive communication that reflects a deep understanding of their needs. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely to align service delivery with client priorities and drive shared success.
- Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: Champion compliance, safety, and risk management by ensuring all operations meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Lead audits and reporting activities, and drive a culture of accountability through strong environmental, quality, and safety standards.
