About The Opportunity
An exciting new opportunity exists to become a part of Programmed’s Facility Management business unit. Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinating various services related to the contract. This encompasses managing work orders, generating reports, handling invoicing, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in administering the computerized work management system, ensuring efficient receipt, allocation, and reporting of maintenance service requests, including proactive maintenance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, prioritize, and assign customer service requests
- Maintain data in work order system and complete follow ups to manage work completion to SLA
- Complete documentation and processes to a high degree of quality
- Monitor progress and timelines of service requests
- Manage contractor listings and external audit schedules
- Ensure timely completion of safety reporting and communication
About You
- Experience in administration / help desk related activities.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy in both windows and business-based applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
- A strong customer focus and an ability to build strong customer relationships.
