About The Opportunity
Programmed are currently on the lookout for a Compliance Administration to join our Housing NSW Operations Team in this newly created Full-Time position based in Parramatta.
Through the Homes NSW contract, we directly contribute to the well-being of individuals and families by ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This work makes a real difference in the community, supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
This position is focused on ensuring strict contract compliance, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the contract. The Compliance Administration will play a pivotal role in analysing performance data, tracking service metrics, and providing clear, actionable insights to improve outcomes across the Homes NSW Housing portfolio.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage weekly overdue Work in progress reports, identifying trends and applying analytical strategies to resolve outstanding issues
- Review tenant satisfaction survey data using Power BI / Microsoft Excel to identify areas of improvement
- Track, monitor, and report on contractual KPIs, ensuring performance targets are consistently met
- Prepare clear, structured reports by gathering input from key stakeholders
- Provide data-driven guidance to field staff, highlighting priority areas and underperforming regions
- Support the contract leadership team with reporting and compliance documentation
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, setting and supporting higher standards year-on-year
About You
- Proven administrative experience in a contract or compliance-focused role (Highly regarded)
- Strong skills In Microsoft Excel and preferably Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong oranisational and time management skills
- Confidence in liaising with field staff and leadership
