About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Signage National Account Manager to join our Signage Solutions business stream, where we deliver high-impact branding and wayfinding solutions for leading retail clients across Australia.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of key national clients, driving organic growth through trusted relationships and repeat business. While project management is part of the role, your primary focus will be on account management, client engagement, and business development; ensuring our signage solutions continue to exceed expectations.
You’ll work closely with internal design and state operations teams to coordinate end-to-end signage projects, from scoping, quoting and delivery. This full-time, permanent role is based in Notting Hill, VIC, with flexibility to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing long-term relationships with key signage clients.
- Identifying opportunities for organic growth and upselling within existing accounts.
- Coordinating signage projects including scoping, scheduling, and delivery oversight.
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project success.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on client activity and project status.
- Representing the business with professionalism and commercial acumen.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong background in signage project management, ideally gained within a signage, fit-out, or brand activation environment. You’re commercially savvy, client-focused, and passionate about delivering quality outcomes through trusted relationships.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Proven experience managing signage or display projects end-to-end.
- A track record of growing client accounts and driving repeat business.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project coordination tools.
