We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Accounting to join our VIC Operations based at Melbourne Airport.
As a Graduate Accountant, you will work closely with the Senior Commercial Accountant to learn the intricacies of our contracts, while utilising your strong financial and analytical skills to support the contract deliverables including providing accounting administration support, financial month end and customer reporting.
This graduate role forms part of our two-year Graduate Program. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to meet senior leaders, which will enhance your personal and professional development. You will also engage with our operations teams to gain insight into our business and diverse contracts. Additionally, you will receive core leadership development training workshops tailored to you, delivered by our learning and development team.
Furthermore, you will have opportunities to network and benefit from one-on-one mentoring. This program is designed to support your growth and help you build a long-term career within our organisation.

Experience in a services environment is beneficial, however not essential. To be successful in this role, you will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a strong appetite to learn, and genuine desire to pursue a long term career with us. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Bachelor of Accounting
- Some experience in a commercially focused role
- Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite
- Strong focus on safety in the workplace
