About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant working in the Strategic Account Operations, you will be specialising in white collar temp role placements but will not be limited to this and be able to source blue collar and trades roles also. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from building client relationships and identifying opportunities, through to sourcing talent and delivering successful placements. You’ll work with clients to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored solutions, while supporting candidates to ensure a positive experience. This role will help service Greater Auckland – From Kaitia – Taupo and will be part of the Strategic Accounts for our Operations.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a portfolio of new and existing clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Sourcing high-quality candidates from multiple channels
• Running end-to-end recruitment assignments confidently
• Continuously growing your desk and uncovering new opportunities
• Understanding clients’ needs to deliver exceptional value
• Heavy focus on rostering across multiple sites
• Overseeing day-to-day employee management

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (White collar and ICT temp recruitment experience an advantage).
• Strong relationship management and or business development skills.                                                                                      Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
  A collaborative mindset with ownership of individual results
