The Role

Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values growth, relationships, and results? Programmed Skilled Workforce in Burswood is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your primary focus will be to maintain and grow a number of our key customer accounts across the Metropolitan region, liaising with both existing and new clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our foundation for growth and helping us become a proactive leader in managed labour hire and staffing services.


Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • The ability to build strong relationships with both client stakeholders and onsite employees
  • A proactive mindset with the urgency to prioritise, multitask, and deliver under pressure
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • A current drivers licence

While experience in the Recruitment Industry is highly valued, we welcome motivated candidates from Trade, Sales, or Customer Service backgrounds who are eager to take on a new challenge and grow with us.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customer sites proactively to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded while actively engaging with our onsite employees
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, driving continuous improvement and forecasting future needs
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotes to current and potential clients
  • Maintain accurate client account records and ensure compliance
  • Promote and champion a positive safety culture across the business through regular safety interactions
  • Monitor and understand business performance to meet or exceed performance objectives
