We are currently seeking multiple Crew members across the Greater Western Sydney region to join our mobile crews, working on a variety of sites under the Sydney Water contract. These are full-time, permanent positions.

As a Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll work within a supportive team environment to maintain, care for, and enhance customer sites and facilities. If you have the willingness to learn, there’s truly no better place to build your career.

We’re looking for individuals with:

• A willingness to learn and grow within the horticulture industry
• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or parks and gardens (preferred but not essential)
• A strong commitment to safety, with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards being paramount
• A current driver’s licence
• Reliable Personal transport
