About The Opportunity
Programmed has recently expanded its operations and established a new depot in Epping, which will serve as the base for our outer-northern Local Government Area (LGA) grounds maintenance service contracts. We are seeking a Mowing Operator Team Leader who will be responsible for the onsite implementation of grounds maintenance across the contract. The role involves project planning, work scheduling, on-site supervision of employees and contractors and auditing the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the crew
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to help team members develop their skills and achieve their potential
- Use commercial horticultural equipment
- Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit
- Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard
- Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
- Operate a range of commercial out-front and zero-turn mowers and other small plant equipment
About You
To join our team, you will have qualifications or experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening, or landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:
- A current driver's license and white card
- A professional approach to the workplace
- The ability to execute work to a high standard
- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems
