Key Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the cleaning and preparation support of newly completed or recently repaired/renovated homes before they are returned to residents/client.

Duties include:

  • Follow Cleaning Policies and Procedures, ensuring cleanliness of areas required are completed to a high standard
  • Achieve completion targets within allocated timeframes, respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requests
  • Housekeeping, including carpet cleaning, vacuuming, kitchen (and appliances), mopping, sweeping etc.
  • Cleaning of outdoor areas including, removing trade waste, high pressure hosing etc.
  • Appropriate storage and use of chemicals, adhering to MSDS requirements
  • Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials/consumables levels, assist with EOM stock take audits
  • Travel to various locations to a strict schedule
  • Assist other departments from time to time, if required

About You

To join our team, you will have previous cleaning experience and be highly organised, possessing strong time and priority management skills. You will have a strong commitment to the hygiene and safety of yourself and others, and a passion to provide quality work and service with a smile, at all times:

You will possess:

  • VALID C Class License
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening
  • Current National Police Check (within 6 months)
  • Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to multi-task and assist across areas with a positive teamwork approach
  • The following experience / qualifications with First Aid and Food Safety (desirable)

Additionally, you will also possess the following skills:

  • Basic Systems and Technology experience
  • Ability to work autonomously, be a self-motivator and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills
  • Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
