Programmed Facility Management is seeking experienced Housekeepers to join our team at Carlindi, supporting our valued client, PLS.

The Opportunity

As a Housekeeper, you'll play an important role in maintaining accommodation rooms, village facilities and communal areas to a consistently high standard.

This is a physically demanding and fast-paced role where attention to detail, reliability and consistency are essential. You'll be responsible for ensuring residents return to clean, comfortable and well-presented facilities every day.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll help uphold the standards that contribute to a positive experience for everyone living and working on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain accommodation rooms, bathrooms and village facilities
• Make beds, change linen and support laundry processes
• Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Complete daily cleaning schedules within required timeframes
• Maintain consistent housekeeping standards across all village facilities
• Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
• Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies as required
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve daily targets

About You

You're an experienced FIFO Housekeeper who understands the importance of consistency, attention to detail and delivering high standards every day.

You take pride in your work, enjoy working as part of a team and understand the important role housekeeping plays in creating a positive resident experience.

You Will Have

• Previous FIFO housekeeping experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, hygiene and safety requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely and efficiently within established procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last three months)
• Ability to FIFO from Perth or commute to Perth for rostered flights
