Mobilisation Assistant

PERSOL is currently seeking a Mobilisation Assistant to join our largest team, based in Burswood. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in mobilisation or recruitment support.

In this role, you will support our Mobilisation and Recruitment teams by assisting with the onboarding of employees within the Mining and Resources industry. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting new employees to complete their registration via our company app
• Ordering and organising PPE for employees
• Entering and updating employee details in internal systems
• Booking medicals, inductions, and training sessions
• Assisting with travel bookings such as flights
• Helping ensure employees meet company health and safety requirements
• Checking that tickets and licences are current
• General administration tasks including data entry and email communication

About you:

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to follow processes and instructions
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Previous administration experience is helpful but not essential
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
