About The Opportunity

Programmed is currently seeking multiple Housekeeping Utilities to join our mining camp team. This is an opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as catering, transport and utility services to the Capricorn mining camp in Gunpowder, Northern QLD. This position is responsible for the cleaning of accommodation rooms and general areas.

Nature of position: Full-Time FIFO, 2:2 roster

Location: Gunpowder, North Queensland

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all designated work areas are held to a high standard of cleanliness
• Follow cleaning policies and procedures and be able to complete them within allocated time frames
• Make beds within the facility and tend to laundry
• Use and store chemicals appropriately
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials
• Notify the Supervisor of any maintenance required within the facility
