The Role
We currently require a highly driven and focused Recruitment Advisor to join our team based in Burswood.
Due to our business undergoing rapid growth and on the back of being awarded another major facility management contract Programmed is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Advisor to join the Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for building a talent pool by the screening, selection and induction of suitable candidates based off the operational recruitment requirements working closely with our Workforce Planning Manager and Operations Management Team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors, recruiting for a wide variety of job types.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
- Conducting and recording reference checks
- Writing job adverts and advertising online
- Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
- Effective database management
- Data entry and compliance duties
- Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
Skills and experience
In order to thrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued:
- Proven experience in blue‑collar recruitment (essential)
- 5+ years’ recruitment experience preferred
- Background recruiting within the resourcing sector or hospitality environments will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
- A collaborative team player who is willing to support others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates
