The Role

We are now searching for a Regional Manager to join our Commercial Painting team based in Tauranga.

This integral role provides leadership across the Commercial Painting teams in the Midlands Region, including Hamilton, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua, Gisborne and Hawkes Bay.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Painting, this role:

• Contributes to the development of the Region’s growth through building positive relationships
• Assesses performance across the Region, establishes budgets and plans and identifies and directs strategies to address areas of under performance and new business opportunities
• Promotes and develops a safety culture across the business
• Develops strategies and processes to reduce expenditure, improve profitability and ensures overall company strategies and objectives are met
• Coaches, mentors and develops the Commercial Painting management team and leads and communicates professionally, ensuring staff are engaged and involved

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven Leadership experience preferably at a Regional level
• An engaging personality with the ability to form strong customer and internal relationships
• Ability to see and interpret potential customer solutions
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at multiple levels as well as be highly presentable
