The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable 360 Resourcing Specialist to join our vibrant and professional team at Programmed Skilled Workforce, based in Geelong.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll be working in a fast paced and dynamic industry, with a team of experienced professionals, developing your skills within a vast array of industry sectors, recruiting for a wide variety of job types.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their recruitment journey and dip their toes into account management. You will be mentored by both an experienced account manager and experienced recruiter, and look after your own portfolio of clients and on-site employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
- Writing job adverts and advertising online
- Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
- Effective database management
- Data entry and maintaining compliance and an accurate account history
- Proactively visit customer sites on a regular basis to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded
- Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
Skills and experience

- Strong attention to detail
- Confident, friendly phone manner
- Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates
- Experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills
- Hold a current drivers licence
