PERSOL is a leader in workforce solutions across Australia and New Zealand - and we’re looking for an exceptional Business Manager to lead our Perth‑based operations across both Temporary and Permanent recruitment.

This is a high‑impact, people‑centric leadership role. You will guide high‑performing teams, strengthen key customer relationships, drive growth, and represent the PERSOL brand throughout Western Australia.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our WA Business Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for the region to;

Lead & Inspire your Teams

• Coach, mentor and develop team members to build capability, performance and future succession strength.

• Build a positive, learning‑focused culture aligned with PERSOL values.

• Ensure operational excellence, quality, and safe delivery across all activities.

Lead PERSOL’s brand and presence in WA

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients at every level.

• Engage across the WA market, representing PERSOL at quarterly business reviews, meetings and industry events.

• Respond to customer feedback, resolve issues and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Drive Growth & Business Development

• Identify market opportunities and emerging industry trends.

• Support the development of regional strategies, sales plans and performance improvement initiatives.

• Grow accounts through cross‑selling and tailored workforce solutions.

Manage Financial & Operational Performance

• Oversee budgets, KPIs and performance outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, HSEQ requirements and regulatory standards.

• Monitor branch activities to ensure premium service, quality and operational excellence.

ABOUT YOU

• A passion for developing and leading high performing teams.

• Leadership experience in staffing, recruitment or a commercial service environment.

• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance.

• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to influence and build long‑term relationships.

• A passion for developing the next generation of talent.

• High standards of integrity, communication and people leadership.

• (Desirable) Tertiary qualifications in business, management or related field.
