The Role

Programmed Apprenticeships & Traineeship Team are currently seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our Team.

We have a great opportunity for a passionate and proactive team player to join our Team as a Resourcing Specialist. You will play a vital role supporting the development and implementation of centralised recruitment practices to continuously improve service delivery to the business


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
  • Draft job advertisements in consultation with hiring managers and post across approved channels.
  • Conduct application reviews and initial pre-screening assessments for candidate suitability.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Execute pre-employment checks including reference checks, working rights, and medicals where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records
