The Role

We’re excited to offer a 12-month parental leave opportunity for a Resourcing Specialist to join our Bendigo branch, stepping into a high-impact role supporting key workforce operations.

This role offers the opportunity to step into an established, high-volume desk with active vacancies and ongoing client demand. Working alongside an experienced team, you will manage multiple live roles, maintain candidate pipelines and support end-to-end recruitment across a range of industries.

This is a fast-paced environment suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Using AI tools to source, screen and engage high-volume candidates
  • Managing candidate pipelines across multiple live roles
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Providing fast, responsive support to candidates and clients
  • Maintaining accurate database and compliance records
  • Supporting a strong safety culture

 

Skills and experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident, friendly phone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates
  • Experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors is beneficial
