About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Developer Programmer to join Programmed’s Facility Management division, supporting the design, development, implementation and ongoing support of enterprise software applications and digital solutions across the business.

In this role, you’ll translate business requirements into robust technical solutions designing system components, building integrations, managing structured data models, and delivering solution-based deployments aligned with organisational governance and development standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and support enterprise applications and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and custom development approaches.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions and system designs.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, connectors, and cloud-based services.
  • Develop application logic, automated workflows and enhancements using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx and JavaScript.
  • Design and manage structured data models within Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Manage solution deployments across Development, Test and Production environments, ensuring adherence to governance and security standards.
  • Test, troubleshoot and optimise applications to ensure performance, reliability and maintainability.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, platforms, and development practices.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and corporate stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal solutions.
  • Support strategic legal initiatives and contribute to improvements in legal processes and ways of working.

 

About You

You’re a proactive, solutions-focused developer who enjoys balancing hands-on build with good engineering discipline documentation, testing, deployment rigour, and stakeholder collaboration. You communicate clearly, can translate business problems into practical technical solutions, and you care about building secure, maintainable systems.

You will also have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and relational design using Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Proficiency implementing business logic using Power Fx, plus JavaScript and custom scripting.
  • Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, connectors, and cloud-based services.
  • Understanding of SDLC, testing and deployment practices, with exposure to HTML/CSS and (desirably) backend technologies such as PHP and modern web frameworks.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud environments (desirable).
