The Role
Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Industrial Staffing division on a maternity leave contract, based in Burswood.
In this role, your primary focus will be to manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts across the metropolitan region, working closely with both existing and prospective clients. You’ll play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to our continued growth as a proactive leader in managed labour hire and staffing solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with both client stakeholders and onsite employees
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise, multitask and perform under pressure
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- A current drivers licence
Experience within the recruitment industry is highly regarded; however, we also welcome candidates from Trade, Sales, or Customer Service backgrounds who are motivated to take on a new challenge and grow their career.
What You’ll Do - Key Responsibilities
- Proactively visit customer sites to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded, while actively engaging with onsite employees
- Conduct regular client performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and forecast future workforce needs
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotes to current and potential clients
- Maintain accurate client account records and ensure compliance
- Promote and embed a strong safety culture across the business through regular safety interactions
- Monitor and understand business performance to meet or exceed performance objectives
