The Role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our team in Orange as Works Supervisor. Reporting to the Quality Manager for the Project, you will be accountable for planning, work scheduling and on site quality supervision of contractors for the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.

Pivotal to the roles is ensuring the contractors follow the agreed processes, complete the installation to the agreed quality and ensuring that all documentation is captured, loaded in the systems by the contractor and verified by yourself as 'works complete'.

Skills and experience

• ­Previous experience and a track record in Supervising construction or maintenance projects
• A building trade background (preferably with a Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC background)
• A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
• A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Good numerical ability, PC literacy and excellent presentation skills
