As part of the PERSOLKELLY group, we offer long-term career pathways and opportunities to grow within a national business.

Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded a new contract at Tropicana and Sunrise Dam, and we’re expanding our team to support ongoing operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join during a key mobilisation phase, while working alongside an established, high-retention crew. You’ll step into a structured environment where you’ll lead retail and bar operations, support your team, and drive high service standards across site.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth, this role is suited to an experienced hospitality or retail professional who understands the demands of FIFO environments and high-volume service operations.

What’s on offer

  • $111,165 annual salary + Super

  • Access to employee benefits and support programs
  • Opportunities for career progression and development

The Opportunity

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail and bar services, leading a small team of 3–4 staff.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll lead from the front supporting service, managing stock, and ensuring smooth daily operations across both bar and retail areas.

  • Supervise and support a team of 3–4 staff across retail and bar operations
  • Conduct pre-starts, task allocation, and daily coordination
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with RSA requirements
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Manage stock control, ordering, stocktakes, and wastage
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, safety, and site policies
  • Support opening and closing procedures for bar and retail areas
  • Work across day and evening service periods depending on operational needs
  • Provide hands-on support during peak service times
  • Manage basic reporting and escalate issues where required

About You

  • Some FIFO or remote site experience
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • A proactive, team-first attitude

Requirements

  • Full Australian working rights
