Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sunrise Dam, supporting the delivery of maintenance services across village and site facilities.
Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster out of Perth, this is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while supporting a small, established team on site.

The Opportunity
As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of maintenance across village and facilities, including accommodation, amenities, and common infrastructure.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, where you’ll lead a team of approximately 8–12 trades and maintenance personnel, while also being prepared to step in and support operational delivery when required.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained, contributing to a high-quality living environment for residents on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across village and site facilities
- Lead and support an internal team, providing hands-on guidance where required
- Plan and prioritise maintenance tasks to meet operational requirements
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Manage maintenance requests, defect reporting, and work scheduling
- Maintain accurate records and reporting across maintenance activities
- Monitor team performance and drive high standards of workmanship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and site teams
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
About You
You’re an experienced supervisor with a strong background in facilities or village maintenance, ideally within a FIFO or remote environment.
You’re comfortable leading a team, but equally willing to be hands-on when needed, supporting delivery and setting the standard.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
- Background in facilities, building maintenance, or trades-based environments
- Experience working in FIFO or remote site environments (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership skills with a practical, team-first approach
- Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Current National Police Check (valid within the last 3 months)
- Trade qualification or relevant technical background (highly regarded)
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be Perth-based (or able to commute to Perth for flights) or reside in Kalgoorlie.
