Programmed Facility Management is seeking experienced Line Chefs to join our team at Carlindi, supporting our valued client, PLS.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals within a busy village environment while working alongside a supportive and experienced catering team.

The Opportunity

As a Line Chef, you'll play an important role in delivering high-volume, high-quality food services within a busy village operation.

Working closely with the Head Chef and wider catering team, you'll take ownership of your section, maintain strong food standards and contribute to delivering a positive dining experience for residents.

This role is ideally suited to experienced FIFO chefs who understand the importance of consistency, teamwork and delivering quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality meals within a high-volume catering environment
• Maintain food presentation, consistency and service standards across all meal periods
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and hygiene requirements
• Support daily food preparation, service delivery and kitchen operations
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organisation and equipment standards
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and inventory control processes
• Work collaboratively with the catering team to meet service demands
• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture focused on quality and teamwork

About You

You're an experienced FIFO Chef who takes pride in delivering quality food and maintaining high standards.

You understand the demands of remote catering environments and can consistently perform in a busy, high-volume kitchen while supporting a positive team culture.

You Will Have

• Previous FIFO Chef experience (essential)
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Experience working within high-volume catering or commercial kitchen environments
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality outcomes

Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last three months)
