AI Practice Lead

Role Purpose

The AI Analyst supports delivery of AI initiatives across the organisation, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot, Cowork, Copilot Studio, Azure AI). The role focuses on building AI agents, automations, and supporting the growth of the AI practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support AI agents and automation solutions
• Assist with delivery of AI initiatives from ideas through deployment
• Work within Microsoft ecosystem tools (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into solutions
• Support testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to AI practice development and knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience

• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, Copilot)
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn and experiment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail is key
• Must be able to adhere to deadlines and communicate scope change clearly
• Strong customer focus or mindset

Desirable

• Exposure to AI concepts or tools
• Experience with automation or scripting
• Familiarity with APIs or integrations
