About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Contract Manager to join our Grounds & Open Spaces team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery and performance of multiple commercial gardening and maintenance contracts across the aged care, early learning, and local government sectors.

Based in Belmont, Perth, this permanent full-time opportunity is ideal for a proactive leader with strong operational expertise and contract management experience. You will play a key role in ensuring service excellence, fostering client relationships, and leading high-performing teams, while contributing to an organisation that values work-life balance and supports you in pursuing your passions both inside and outside of work.

Leveraging your strong operations background and business acumen, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Oversee daily operations of the gardening and maintenance teams.
• Manage the financials and budgets across the contracts.
• Deliver exceptional customer relationship management.
• Partner with clients and operations team to achieve organic & new growth objectives.
• Prepare and deliver financial budgets and forecasts.
• Continually improve strategies and processes to increase performance.
• Coach, mentor and lead contract team.
• Promote and develop a safety culture across the business.

Experience in contract management, service delivery, and operational leadership will be highly regarded. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
