Programmed Facility Management is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Geraldton team.
This role is central to the smooth delivery of essential housing maintenance services across the Pilbara and remote Western Australian communities. You’ll help keep our warehouse, fleet, plant, and materials organised, compliant, and running efficiently — enabling our trades to deliver services safely and on time.
While prior warehouse or facilities experience is valued, we are equally open to candidates with strong transferable skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. With the right mindset, we’ll invest in your development and provide the training and support needed to succeed.
Your Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll support branch and warehouse operations and progressively build capability across:
- Goods receival, dispatch, stock control, and materials coordination
- Maintaining accurate registers for plant, tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Supporting fleet servicing, maintenance scheduling, and compliance
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with branch finance processes
- Organising workshop and tool stores to support trade productivity
- Forklift operation (training provided if required)
- Building strong working relationships with local suppliers and contractors
- Providing accurate data entry, reporting, and administrative support
- Assisting other site departments as required
- Contributing to a safe, positive, and team-focused work environment
About You
You’re organised, reliable, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly. You may already have warehouse or maintenance experience — or you may be coming from a related role with transferable skills such as logistics, stores, administration, fleet coordination, construction, or trades support.
What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
You will have:
- Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
- Australian working rights
- Confidence using systems such as MS Office and web-based platforms
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Highly regarded (but not essential):
- Forklift (LF) licence
- First Aid certification
- Trade, construction, or maintenance industry experience
Appointment is subject to a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and a current National Police Check.
