About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Facilities Administrator to join our Ararat Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for providing first class customer service and administration support to the business.  This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Nature of the position: Full time 

Location: Ararat 

Reporting Line: Service Delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering Help Desk calls in a professional and timely manner to meet KPI timeframes
  • Dispatching of jobs to the on site trade team
  • Closing off Reactive and Preventative Maintenance service requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks for all departments
  • Record, register and report upon feedback received from the Precinct Operator and approved contractors

About You

To thrive in this role, ideally you will have previous experience in customer service or administration, a ‘can-do’ attitude, knack for people engagement and a drive for ‘top-notch’ service delivery. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following;

  • Experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Proficiency with data entry and proven skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work cooperatively and autonomously within a team environment
