About The Opportunity

A fantastic entry-level opportunity is now available for a Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Fyshwick. This is a perfect opportunity for a first full-time role or anyone returning to the workforce.

This inbound service center position is accountable for liaising with internal and external customers to organise and accurately process client requests, whilst providing exceptional customer service in a timely manner.  This role will enable you to take ownership of all calls from start to finish with the support of other departments within the business as needed.  

Nature of the position: Full-Time , Salary – $53,500 + super

Location: Fyshwick

Reporting Line: Customer Service Team Leader
