About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Property Services department is currently seeking experienced Irrigation Technicians to join our Open Spaces business based in Perth, WA. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of commercial irrigation systems across a variety of high-profile client sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed and growing team, delivering high-quality outcomes across beautiful, landscaped environments.

This is a Full-time position working Monday to Friday, with the option for Overtime hours on the weekend. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems across client sites
  • Ensure efficient water distribution to promote healthy plant growth and effective water use
  • Conduct audits and inspections of completed works, equipment, and tools
  • Follow all OHS and safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

 

About You

To join our team, ideally, you will have experience as an Irrigation technician, a hands-on attitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Additionally, you will have:

  • A current driver's license and white card (Required)
  • A qualification in Irrigation, Horticulture, or Sports Turf Management
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems
  • The ability to pass a police clearance and full medical, including drug and alcohol screening
  • Additional tickets such as Forklift, Mini Excavator, Traffic Management or First Aid (Desirable)
