Programmed Facility Management are seeking Casual and Permanent Grounds Utilities to join our Karratha Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides facility management services to a well-known Oil & Gas Company situated in the Pilbara, WA.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Grounds Utility Team are primarily responsible for general grounds upkeep of the Residential Properties and Facilities for Woodside.
Duties include:
- Ensure that the designated Grounds areas are kept clean, orderly and properly maintained
- Follow Grounds policies and procedures and be able to complete them within allocated time frames
- Ensure gardens and surrounding grounds are kept maintained and tidy
- Assist with green waste management of accommodation and facility
- Appropriate use and storage of chemicals
- Maintain service areas to a high standard
- Respond timely to any ad-hoc Grounds maintenance requests
- Keeping daily logs and records of all workorders completed
- Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Assist other departments from time to time if required

Additionally you will possess:
- Australian Working Rights
- VALID C Class License (mandatory)
- Ability to pass comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening (mandatory)
- Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months) (mandatory)
- Construction White Card (desirable)
- Working at Heights (desirable)
- The following experience / qualifications with Grounds work, First Aid, Building Management & HSE Systems (desirable)
Additionally, you will also possess the following skills:
- Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., MS Office, online/web-based Workorder Management Software and Safety, Payroll & Training requirements,
- Ability to work in a Team; be a self-motivator and take instructions.
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills.
- Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others, at all times.
