The Role

Reporting to the Manager-Business Analytics, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high functioning and motivated team in Melbourne. 

As a Business Analyst, you will be working with a team of analysts and SME’s under an agile methodology, to deliver projects and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Development, capture and rationalisation of business requirements
• Design and document business process workflows, change impact assessments and develop training material
• Participate in, or facilitate stakeholder needs analysis workshops
• Performing Business Readiness analysis before project implementations
• Ad hoc reporting/analysis
• Power Platform Development
• Agile Methodology and Backlog Management

Skills and experience

• Extensive Business Analysis experience in complex projects
• Proficiency in data migration and analysis tools
• Maximo and/or D365 F&O experience, highly desirable
• Agile methodology expertise
• Strong stakeholder management and influence
• Advanced Excel skills and power query competent
• SQL/DAX/MDX experience is highly advantageous
• Outstanding time management and attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
