The Role

Programmed Energy & Resources is looking for experienced Key Account Managers to join our team at our Welshpool Branch.

In this key role, you'll work closely with our major mining partners, ensuring every day presents new challenges and opportunities. Your primary focus will provide high quality service outcomes to our valued clients through the successful, safe and smooth delivery of client service activities.  The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining existing client relationships through the delivery of high-level service.

We welcome Expressions of Interest from candidates available to start on a full-time basis in January or February 2025.

 

Skills and Experience

To thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:

  • Ability to deliver high level customer relationship management
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within labour hire or recruitment sector is beneficial
  • A proven track record in contract management or gained in a hands-on operational environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
  • Well organised, self-starter, with a team orientation and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel and Outlook

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and develop a positive safety culture across the business
  • Proactively visit customer sites on a regular basis to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded
  • Positively promote Programmed services to clients
  • Drive safety improvement through the regular delivery of safety talks and site inspections
  • Maintaining compliance and an accurate account history for clients
  • Ensuring customer orders are filled in a timely manner
  • Assisting with resolution of operational issues
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
