Role Responsibilities

Develop and implement gap closing project plans to support performance management and meeting of contractual obligations – Drive contract Turn-around / Transformation.

Lead and manage transformation programs across sectors to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify transformation opportunities and define success metrics.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and drive accountability

Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Drive change management efforts, including communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or ways of working

Monitor and report on transformation progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks as needed.

 

Salary

$150,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

 

Skill & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or related field (master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience (7+ years) in operations management, performance management, or a related role, preferably within a multi-contract environment.

Strong knowledge of KPI monitoring, analysis, and reporting.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to analyse complex problems and develop actionable recommendations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Previous experience in turn a round of contract performance and project management skills.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and   implementing solutions to enhance processes and systems. Regularly review operational procedures and develop strategies to achieve cost savings and performance gains.
