About The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic 1st or 2nd year apprentice to join our Melbourne team in Sandhurst, where you will work alongside experienced tradespeople, gaining hands-on experience maintaining and enhancing green spaces on customer sites. You’ll also attend TAFE as part of your apprenticeship, building both your practical and theoretical knowledge in turf management and irrigation.
This is more than just an apprenticeship — it's the first step in a long-term career. Over four years, we’ll support your development to become a qualified tradesperson, with clear pathways to grow into leadership roles such as Team Leader, Contract Manager, or even Branch Manager.
