About The Opportunity 

Programmed Facility Management are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our close-knit team on our South-East Water contract where we deliver network maintenance and minor capital project work.  This dynamic role will see you responsible for the timely and accurate processing of contract documentation including invoices and reporting. 

Nature of the position: Permanent, Full-Time 

Location: Frankston 

Reporting Line: Contract Manager  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Contract and Jobs Management, involving processing data using D365,  

  • Raise & receipt purchase orders  

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the operations teams 

  • Undertake month end financial requirements in line with PFM requirement 

  • D365 AP and AR functions 

  • Month-end processing 

  • Timesheet processing   

  • Subcontractors claim processing 

  • WIP management 

  • Office management responsibilities such as ordering access passes, uniforms/PPE, stationery and break room consumables 

 

About You 

To thrive in this role, ideally you will have previous experience within a administration role, a ‘can-do’ attitude, and a knack for people engagement. Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist with general office duties. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following: 

  • Have work experience in a similar role in accounts payable or similar 

  • Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills 

  • Experience with D365 is preferred 

  • Excellent communication skills
